Biography

My professional journey began in academia, where I spent a decade teaching and conducting research after earning my PhD in 2000. During that time, yoga and mindfulness became essential tools for balance and resilience in a demanding environment. What began as personal practice soon grew into a deeper calling, leading me to complete yoga teacher and mindfulness trainings that laid the groundwork for my future path in healing and self-discovery.

When I left higher education, I felt drawn to explore the mind–body connection more fully. I pursued advanced yoga certifications and became an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, later expanding into bodywork as a Licensed Massage Therapist and training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the body’s innate ability to heal when given attention and care.

As my work evolved, clients began sharing stories that touched on emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. To better support this process, I trained in trauma‑sensitive and somatic approaches, including HeartMath and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.

In recent years, my focus has shifted toward the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness—psychedelic and non‑ordinary experiences that can reconnect us to our inner wisdom. This path has led me to train in Neurodynamic Breathwork and pursue a Psychedelic‑Assisted Therapy Graduate Certificate.

Today, I bring together scientific understanding, somatic awareness, and spiritual insight to support others in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and the deep intelligence that guides healing and wholeness from within.
